Shipping & Returns
Once orders are confirmed, we will ship out in 3-5 business days by the US Postal Service. All shipments include insurance and tracking.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
*As a small business, our policy has always been exchange or store credit only.
*Sale and reduced items are a FINAL sale and cannot be exchanged or returned
1. All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt for either exchange or store credit. Please email email@example.com with your order number and let us know if you want to exchange or return your item for store credit.
2. Once approved, please make sure your item is in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. Please wrap all items in its original packing materials.
3. Package your item and ship it within 14 days of the original delivery date to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. Insurance is suggested as you are responsible for the package if it gets lost or damaged. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that accrue with returning an item to us. 36 Old Streets has the right to deny any returns if we find the item unsellable upon its return to us.
Damaged of Defective Merchandise
In the event that your package gets damaged, please contact us immediately (within 72 hours) with proof of damage so we may provide this to our carrier.
Exchanges are only valid on regular-price merchandise. (All sale items are a final sale). We carry limited sizes so in the event that you need another size, please call (213.700.7546) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) right away so we can pull the correct size. Once we receive your return merchandise, we will process the exchange and ship your new item(s).
