Shipping, Return and Exchange
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3 PM PST will begin processing that day and ship within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Once Annam has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
Annam is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Annam you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Annam. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Please note that all shipping is Ground service through USPS within the United States.
Expedited shipping and insurance are available and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us immediately after purchasing your order with your requests. The buyer will be responsible for any additional fees.
Returns & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days on items that were purchased at full price and that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns on ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, ARE FINAL SALE.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
